All THREE days will feature The Soul of Egyptian Cuisine at 11.30am and 2.30pm each day

If you are fascinated by Egypt – its culture – its food – or simply rekindle your memories of your last visit to Egypt or simply want to learn about one of the lesser-known cuisines – then Cooking like Cleopatra is for you!







Immerse yourself by this culinary multi-sensory experience of cooking Egyptian vegetarian mezze

The secrets will be unveiled at ‘Cooking Like Cleopatra’Masterclasses, featuring Egyptian born Marina Ibrahim. Rekindling memories of her beloved aunt Moneira and her great cooking skills Marina will show you how to cook and prepare tasty recipes of the most popular Egyptian dishes, some of which are dating back to the ancient pharaohs.

One of which is “Ful Medammes – Egypt’s national dish. You don’t know Egypt, if you haven’t tried Ful Medammes.” The spicy and very nutritious fava bean stew is eaten for breakfast but is also enjoyed for lunch or as a snack. You can buy it from street vendors and shops almost everywhere in Egypt.

Masterclasses will show you how to create authentic vegetarian Egyptian dishes as mezze. Learn how to impress your guests and friends at your next dinner party.
