Join us for a Fabulous One Day Cob Oven Workshop on Saturday, 25 April from 9am to 5pm
One day cob oven workshop that includes lighting, using and caring for your oven.
We start the day by lighting our existing oven so we can then bake our wood-fired lunch, then go on to build an oven throughout the day,
covering materials, techniques and processes.
£75 per student, including locally sourced organic wood-fired lunch.
For our lunch on this workshop, Egyptian food expert Marina Ibrahim from Cooking Like Cleopatra will be using our wood fired oven to bake an
authentic vegetarian Egyptian street food lunch. Marina will also share her story and experience during our break from making a cob oven.
Once you have experienced the thrill of wood fired cob oven cooking, tasted and shared the results, you will have discovered your love for cob ovens.
